- Q12 - How can I take care of my granite?
- Granite is a very durable stone but mistreatment can lead to scratches and loss of shine, you should always use a chopping board for cutting and chopping on a granite worktop, prolonged exposure to substances such as red wine can also lead to staining. Cleaning granite is simple, a damp cloth with soap & water will be sufficient to clean your worktops.

- Q13 - Can I get marble worktops?
- This is a common misconception, marble is rarely used in kitchen worktops and mistermarble would never suggest using marble or limestone in kitchens, marble is a very erosive material which reacts easily with kitchen cleaners and organic materials such as lemon juice.

- Q14 - What if I live upstairs?
- You can still have granite worktops installed although there is a small charge per flight of stairs which is to cover the extra cost of labour for the fitters who will have to carry the slabs upstairs.
